Mitsubishi Electric now produce a range of intelligent units which allow easy integration of Ans and FX PLC systems to servo amplifiers and motors. Pulse generators and positioning modules fit directly into PLC extension slots. Servo amplifiers provide control for motors ranging from 30W to 22kW.

INTELLIGENT ACTUATORS ROBOTIC POSITIONING SYSTEMS
For applications that require simple positioning systems, Intelligent Actuator products combine mechanical designs with electronic control and servo motors.

These combined units offer up to four axis control with minimal design overhead. To specify a system an engineer only needs to know the payload, maximum speed, repeatability and distance.
